Our services below cover a wide range of processes related to sheet metal and engineering. Our bespoke facilities and fully trained staff can produce your items to the highest of standards.
Laser Cutting
We can cut sheet sizes up to 2500mm x 1250mm to a maximum thickness of 20mm in mild steels, 12mm in stainless steels, 8mm in aluminium and varying thicknesses in other materials such as titanium, but if your project falls outside of these limitations please feel free to contact us and we can discuss how we can accommodate you.

Punch Press – CNC Punching
As well as laser cutting, we offer CNC Punch Press facilities across two different machines. If your product has multiple holes of the same size, requires up forms/louvres etc or just contains vast amounts of holes – maybe CNC punching is better suited to your project. We can handle sheet sizes up to 2000mm x 1000mm in many different materials including steels, stainless, aluminium, copper and brass. Our machines feature multiple tooling stations and several multi angle punch stations that means complex shapes and angles are easily created.

Milling – 3/4 Axis 3D Milling
We utilise four different machining centres which allow us full on and offline editing to ensure that all jobs run as efficiently as possible. We continuously invest in upgrading these machines so we can provide this cutting-edge service. We can machine complex parts in an array of different materials from one off prototypes to full production runs.

Turning – Bar Fed
With capability to turn up to 320mm diameter bar we believe we have most of your requirements sorted. Utilising an automatic bar feed system into our lathes we can run parts much quicker and without as much user intervention. Furthermore, the live driven tooling means that more costly second operations on parts which would usually be done in a milling centre are not required.
CAD/CAM – Design and Manufacture Assistance
We have full CAD/CAM software facilities onsite as well as bespoke software that drives our state-of-the-art machines. Our engineers have many years of experience in this manufacturing environment and are always happy to discuss your projects and advise of how we can assist to help transform your designs into reality.

Powder Coating and Wet Painting
We have a full powder coating and wet painting facility on site. This is a multi-stage process starting with a cleaning and phosphate treatment right through to the finished high-quality parts being wrapped. We offer a wide range of stocked colours and surface finishes as well as being able to source specific colours and finishes to meet your requirements. Depending on volume we can also create custom colours and finishes to your exact specifications.

Having this facility onsite means that we are fully in control of the painting process and should any part need rework we can safely strip and recoat using our environmentally friendly strip tanks.
Press Brake – CNC Folding
We have the capacity to fold up to 2000mm in a continuous length on our CNC 7-axis press brakes meaning we can produce finished product much faster than on conventional manual press brakes. We have large amounts of specialist tooling that can produce overbends, hems, channels, radius and deep folds, however if your project requires something more special then we can always accommodate and come up with tooling that will complete the job.
Welding – TIG/MIG/Spot
With a range of different welding options including MIG/TIG and spot welding we are able to fabricate designs using a vast range of different materials, couple this with our ability to dress and prepare parts for powder coat we believe we can meet all of your needs. We use state of the art welding equipment that we tailor to each job to ensure only the highest quality of weld is achieved.

Surface Finishing
- Linish and Dull Polish

We can provide many different surface finishes for your parts including dull polishing – a directional grained effect, mirror finish polishing and shot blasting using an array of different blast finishing media. We can also provide a Super Finish rumbling service which is a process that helps to reduce contact fatigue which enables your components to run cooler, faster and for longer, increasing the life of the component.
As well as surface finishes we can provide many different surface treatments including zinc plated, chromed, Iridite NCP and anodised – please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Laser Etching - Marking
Laser marking or laser etching is now rapidly becoming a faster and cheaper method of marking compared to conventional single colour screen printing. We offer a laser marking service that utilises state of the art 3-axis hybrid laser technology to allow us to mark/etch a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, ceramics, wood, glass, polymers and many more. We can also mark/etch through many surface finishes including powder coat and wet paint.

As a sheet metal manufacturing company, we undertake all the basic staples of sheet metal work including the use of drilling machines for tapping and countersinking, notching and guillotining cropping of sheet, manual sheet rolling and many other manual hand processes.
We can install many types of different captive fittings using our CNC auto feed insert tools where fastener length and type can be checked during inserting to reduce errors and to ensure all fixings are present.
We also have tube bending facilities using standard stocked mandrel and radius sizes, however we can obtain a large variety of other sizes – please call to discuss your requirements.
